It looks like you have a good start on some terms you can use. It really helped me to go through all my terms and use a thesaurus to find other words to use. Task 11 really helped me get this searching stuff down. If you haven’t had a chance to do so I really recommend it. I made lists just like it said in the tutorial and I feel so much better about using search tools.
I think you have some general terms down but if you get into the tutorials you will come up with some more specific ways of searching. The and, not,or, *, and “ “ , really help when you search.
I’ll be waiting to read more on your research.
Have a great day,
Ginny

Jen,

You might try adding things like 'unfair', 'government', 'opinions', 'popular opinion', and "political parties" to you list.
But, it looks like you have a really good list to start from!

I would definitely suggest that you use the Boolean operators, in particularly 'AND', 'OF', and 'OR'. But you could also play around with using 'NOT' to narrow down your search terms.

Other than that, it might help you to try searching some things like "history of government", or "political history" in order to give you more bakcground info on the Electoral College. Also, you could use search terms relating to other branches and facets of the government in order to see how the Electoral College fits in with them.

Good luck,
Courtney
